For years now, I’ve heard Mossy Oak® founder, Toxie Haas, talk about environmental responsibility, and stewardship of the land. In a recent television interview, I heard Mr Haas say, “We didn’t inherit the land from our parents, we’re borrowing it from our kids.” When I heard that, I stopped and wrote his words down….I could not agree more.
My vision for Land, Farms & Timber is to be far more than just a place to buy a house or a farm – whenever possible, I intend to teach my clients how to improve the quality of their land, through such things as environmental upgrades, and habitat enhancement. This has long been a passion of mine – it’s a chance to have a positive impact on the local environment, while also increasing the resale value of the real estate – what could be better?
