Bud Cook graduated in 1977 from North Carolina State University with a BS degree in Forestry. He has worked as a land manager, procurement forester, forestry consultant, and owner of a timber dealership (Timber Network, Inc.). During this time he has assembled a network of professional, private and individual contacts to locate buyers and sellers of timber, farm, development and recreational land.
Bud has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina for over twenty years. He is also a licensed Realtor in South Carolina. The last several years he has concentrated on forestry consulting, locating land for developers, and assisting clients in finding land to satisfy their recreational needs.

Bud and his wife, Catherine, live at Lake Waccamaw, North Carolina. They have two daughters, Kristin and Elizabeth.
